鮮仔給我看睡眠週期的文章。


可是我想我的睡眠週期可能是100年之類的
所以我什麼時候都可以睡
睡醒的時候也通常不滿足

然後睡眠週期把我今晚的生活，昨晚的生活，好幾次的生活，唉唉搞砸了

新生活運動不知道現在在運動什麼。
可能再換一個吧！



但是肝卻不能再換一個。
